Enquiries, quotes and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is made when we confirm a time with you. Prices are confirmed before work begins and are based on the information available at the time; if the job turns out to be different from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before continuing.

Service availability

Same day and emergency attendance depend on technician availability, location, weather and access, so they may not be possible for every job.

Your rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
